Packaging of hvfloat

Good evening,

Today I encountered a problem with the hvfloat package's packaging in
current TeX Live (on Linux).

It seems the files hvfloat-0.inc, hvfloat-1.inc, and hvfloat-2.inc are
installed under the doc-tree, however these are input by the package code
and hence required in the tex-tree. I don't know whether other files of the
package are affected, a short search indicated that's not the case.
