CC-BY-NC-SA-3.0 and what is the Limited General Product License?

      tex/latex/forloop/forloop.sty
      tex/latex/coolstr/coolstr.sty

We went through this last year with coollist by the same author (Nick
Setzer).  It seems odd that your checker did not find all the
problematic cases at once. That is, the checker failed to find a number
of other "Limited General Product License" strings in Nick's packages
(https://ctan.org/author/setzer), and also "GNU Lesser General Product
License" in his dyntree.ins.  The GNU LGPL is intended in all cases.

Anyway, I wrote the author, cc'd you, and will update CTAN.
