No context in TL2023 source ?

    Unfortunately, I'm looking at texlive-20230313-source, so no tarballs
    in that.

Indeed, I guess I don't make tarballs of all those source tarballs. You
can download it from https://tug.org/svn/texlive/trunk/Master/source.

(At the moment, I think no changes have been made since the TL release.)

    No releases, no tags - so whatever I pull will be a random snapshot.

Nothing I can do about it. I am not involved in lmtx development. -k
