Texlive installation issue

Apologize. My previous screenshot was not very informative. In this screenshot, I have listed the contents of my current directory, but zcat on the file is still not working.

I am having trouble with one specific step:

zcat install-tl-unx.tar.gz | tar xf -

on this website https://www.tug.org/texlive/quickinstall.html in the installation of texlive. Specifically, I am getting attached screenshot. I am trying to follow the installation, instructions for this extension https://github.com/James-Yu/LaTeX-Workshop/wiki/Install, which requires an installation of texlive.I am using the McIntosh operating system Ventura Edition.
