Package lettrine: subdirectory "contrib"

    I have noticed that the directory "contrib" of the lettrine package 

Hi Daniel - files installed in the runtime need to have the package name
(or similar) as a prefix on the filename, not just a generic name like
"optfile.cfl".  So, can you rename them all to lettrine-*.cfl or some
such, please?

Admittedly nothing else uses the .cfl extension, but it's not a
precedent we should set ... --thanks, karl.
