Sorry I was out of mail for a few days…
Here what I got:

MacBook-Air-de-Jacques:~ jacquesandre$ luafindfont -n "*"
We are using Lua 5.3
Looking for font "*"
Check for file /Users/jacquesandre/Library/texlive/2022/texmf-var/luatex-cache/generic/names/luaotfload-names
 No. Fontname Path

Note that a colleague of mine has exactly the same problem (actually he has shown me first this problem, then I tried myself).

Futhermore, in the log file of the quoted program, I have (before LuaLaTeX stops) the following lines (that quotes the .gz file I mentioned (as .zip by error) in my previous mail):
(/usr/local/texlive/2022/texmf-dist/tex/latex/base/article.cls
Document Class: article 2021/10/04 v1.4n Standard LaTeX document class
(/usr/local/texlive/2022/texmf-dist/tex/latex/base/size10.clo
File: size10.clo 2021/10/04 v1.4n Standard LaTeX file (size option)
luaotfload | db : Font names database loaded from /Users/jacquesandre/Library/te
xlive/2022/texmf-var/luatex-cache/generic/names/luaotfload-names.luc.gz)

Thanks for help.

Jacques André
