Typos in manual pages & Binaries

Dear TeX Live developers,

we got a report [1] about typos in manual pages in TL 2018. According to 
my research they still apply in 2022. Please be so kind to fix them.

Further the lintian report [2] complains about further typos in TL 
binaries and manual pages. Look for "typo-in-manual-page" & 
"spelling-error-in-binary" on that web page. I did not check if all of 
them still apply, but most should. Please be so kind to check them too.

If you need patches, let me know.
