Missing ccquickref.pdf (Was: License problems)

Hi,

due to missed texexample.sty in computational-complexity.doc it is not
possible to create ccquickref.pdf out of ccquickref.tex. After
running `latex cc.ins` all required files to create ccquickref.pdf
are there.
