Switching graphical installer's language

Hi all,

I fetched texlive2022-20220321.iso and ran the installer on Windows 10
(German).  After starting, I also hit the 'Fortgeschritten' (Advanced)
button to get to the next page.  If I now change the language from 'GUI
language' menu to en, this is what I see:

Note the language for the second entry under *Options* isn't changed and
is still in German.  If I switch the language to fr for instance and
switch back to en, this one entry remains in fr.

I don't think this is a showstopper but I wanted to report it.
