TeX Live 2022 on windows 11...done :D

After a few cups of coffee everything has been installed perfectly.

As every year I followed the instructions from
(https://tug.org/texlive/pretest.html) but now I did it using
WSL/Ubuntu from win11 :)

A couple of notes for the future, could you put in
(https://tug.org/texlive/pretest.html) the explicit way to avoid the
`.pkg` files?
I think they were not there before and that took longer
than usual to download (I am lazy and have not read the rsync
documentation).

I know it's a bit late to give the report, anyway just thankful for all
the TeX Live team.
