HiTeX missing \savinghyphcodes

Hi Joseph and David,

Not mentioned in hitexman, but it seems that following e-TeX primitives
are not implemented in HiTeX:
  * \savinghyphcodes
  * \lastlinefit
  * \marks and related primitives
  * (TeX--XeT extensions)

> hilatex segfault

I found that "hitex -ini" also segfaults with:

\catcode`\{=1
\catcode`\}=2
\write-1{}
\end
