xmpincl.pdf not updated

Hello Werner,

I was the one who updated the xmpincl package. However, I am not the 
maintainer of this package (there is not currently an active 
maintainer). I just fixed a small error so that xmpincl would still work 
with the pdfx package and with the latest version of LaTeX. I did not 
have time nor interest to update the package documentation xmpincl.pdf.
