Does not work von /win32 created on the linux-system with the new 
delivered pdftex.x86_64-linux (58535 -> 59775):

This is pdfTeX, Version 3.141592653-2.6-1.40.22 (TeX Live 2021/W32TeX) 
(preloaded format=pdflatex)
  restricted \write18 enabled.
---! u:/texlive/texmf-var/web2c/pdftex/pdflatex.fmt made by different 
executable version
(Fatal format file error; I'm stymied)

Creating new user-fmt with win32 'solves' the problem

Running pdflatex file.tex on linux is untouched (works as usual)
