[texdoc] texdoclib not found

Hi Norbert, hi all,

Roland, the original reporter in this thread, replied me (perhaps he
forgot to CC the lists) that he found a typo in his zsh configuration,
and by fixing it everything works fine.

So, now the issue is now resolved. Thanks for your helps.
