Very recent breakage luatex85.sty and cmap.sty

It is doing this already. But it tries to be backward compatible since
one never knows what kind of luatex might be available on the machine
running the translation.

If you have more suggestions, please do that directly to the Sphinx
maintainers, I am not one of them ;-)
