Additional binary platforms for texlive/texlive Docker images

It's us IoT, Karl. :)

Vít, we maintain the TeX Live images together with Norbert and Henri. So 
sorry for not having a proper disclaimer. Ben just pushed an updated 
README. It might take a while to propagate to Docker Hub, but it will 
happen. :)


Merge requests are surely welcome! A good entry point is 
https://gitlab.com/islandoftex/images/texlive. :)
