Tex Live bug reporting

Dear Reinhard and Norber,
Thank you very much for your useful help.
Fortunately, I have changed PATH in my environment variable, and put
"$PATH" at the end, such as the below:
export PATH="/usr/local/texlive/2021/bin/x86_64-linux:$PATH"
And my problem was solved.
By using this method I even did not use 'DVIPSHEADERS' and 'DVIPSFONTS' in
the environment variable and everything has worked correctly.
