To Windows users who have non-ascii UserName
I'm afraid that if your username: c:\Users\username
is non-ascii, texworks and texdoc may not work.
If the above is the case please do as follows:
Do the following commands in cmd windows as an administrator:
cd /d c:\Users
mklink /D SuitableASCIIname username
And redefine the value of the environment variable USERPROFILE
as the c:\Users\SuitableASCIIname, which is a sumbolic link of
c:\Users\username.
