Inquiry about installing texlive 2021

For me it looks like a very, very slow internet-connection - maybe on 
your side, maybe at server-side.

Take a look at my screenshot doing the same two weeks ago. My total time 
is about one hour, your system needs 11 hours for the half of the 
packages ...
