Installation of TeX live 2021 on Windows 10 fails with Perl error message in TLWinGoo.pm line 1340

Gentle reader,


just a hint from me:


Commenting out lines 1340 up to 1344 of Perl module TLWinGoo.pm made the
installation routine work.
