has the search path during format creation been changed?

Hi Akira, hi all,

thanks for the files.

So the difference in environment is nothing particular, but a few points
are strange. The environment in fmtutil has the following added entries

+ENV ENGINE => luatex
+ENV KPSE_DOT => c:/usr/work/edrive/send
+ENV PROGNAME => fmtutil
+ENV SELFAUTODIR => c:/usr/SVN/tlmaster3/bin
+ENV SELFAUTOGRANDPARENT => c:/usr/SVN
+ENV SELFAUTOLOC => c:/usr/SVN/tlmaster3/bin/win32
+ENV SELFAUTOPARENT => c:/usr/SVN/tlmaster3
+ENV TEXFORMATS => c:/usr/svn/tlmaster3/texmf-var/temp.4912.657305;
+ENV TEXINPUTS => c:/usr/svn/tlmaster3/texmf-var/temp.4912.657305;

Here the TEXFORMATS and TEXINPUTS are adding the directory where the
format is build.

What puzzles me is the
	ENGINE=luatex
environment .. but that shouldn't have an influence on the pdfetex call.

So, nothing of interest.

The actual calls to the format dump are *absolutely* the same log
content, so also here no change.

Sorry I am lost ...
