Steps to check the texlive iso image

Luigi Scarso asks about checking the validity of the new TeX Live 2021
candidate ISO image.  One answer appears here:

	http://www.math.utah.edu/pub/texlive-utah-2021/Images/

It is an update of the previous year's file (change 21 to 20), and I
have today carried out the steps shown there on a CentOS 7 system.  I
plan to do some new TeX Live installations directly from the ISO image
later today.

I have to do some more work to update the steps shown for Microsoft
Windows systems; for now, the example shows what happens with the 2020
ISO image.
