Would it be possible to convert all text files to UTF-8? There are 160 of
them left, in a mixture of problems that vary from README's in unknown
encodings, to TeX files that no longer can processed because of the change
to default UTF-8...strolling by files that may not change at all like:

   libs/gd/libgd-src/src/entities.html

Others like:

  ./utils/vlna/vlna-src/README

that display crap as you open it, etc, etc ...

Finally, there are 22 files of "unknown" encoding.
