TeXLive 2020 pre-test item: MalwareBytes (Windows) flags behavior of installation BAT file

*This is a new behavior.   I have installed several versions of TeXLive on
my primary Windows laptop (running Windows 7), and this is the first time
that MalwareBytes Anti-Malware has flagged any part of the TeXLive process.*
