some problems with luahbtex.dll and updating

whenever formats are build during updates , I get error messages:

I checked with George N. White III and the luahbtex.dll is updated
correctly.

My lua53.dll is different from his: 172544 bytes lua53.dll, instead
of173056 lua53.dll. Can I update lua53.dll seperately? Whatelse can I do
to remedy the situation? I know to force deleting and install a single
package.
