lppl.tex / lppl.pdf

Hi Robert,

    I've noticed that the LPPL is no longer included in tex or pdf format in 
    TL anymore. Is this intentional?

What's in the LaTeX package is up to the LaTeX team. Personally I tend
to agree with you. (I hadn't noticed this change, and am somewhat
surprised.)

They don't necessarily read every message here, so I suggest submitting
the suggestion at https://github.com/latex3/latex2e/issues/new for
better tracking. --thanks, karl.
