Hi Pablo,

Writing the tkz-doc author about this separately, will cc you.

    But, the folders in /doc are still there, I assume they are there
    because they contain subdirectories (examples/) that are empty and
    'tlmgr' I don't remove them.

As far as I know, that's right, tlmgr doesn't try to recursively remove
empty (sub)directories. We do remove them in the development tree, so
they don't stick around past a new release, at least.
