genmisc missing

    Is there any particular reason for `genmisc` being removed 

genmisc was a leftover from the beginning which combined many disparate
(generally single-file) packages. Before the 2020 release, I moved these
into their separate packages (or removed them, if they were
nonfree). One benefit is now that those tiny packages have the
description from their catalogue entries ... --best, karl.
