-dev packages gone and repo inconsistency (latex-graphics-dev appearing both as gone and updatable)

I cannot confirm.
	tlmgr --repo
	http://ctan.mirror.garr.it/mirrors/CTAN/systems/texlive/tlnet list
shows me the packages, and nothing strange.

Can you repeat this?
