Bad data in tlnet mirror

I tried tlmgr update --all and it wanted to do some 749 updates. It skipped afm2pl after the first run, so I did: while true; do tlmgr update --all; sleep 2; done

That accumulated the following list of skipped (due to checksum mismatch) packages:

It got stuck before finishing the whole list of 749, because the auto-install packages with the same issue was "non skippable":

I believe this to be a checksuming issue with dereferencing the symlinks. I'm currently doing a new download of CTAN with rsync which will hopefully preserve the symlinks. That copy of the mirror might work better.
