Indeed, I checked that
- texlive.tlpdb is correct
- texlive.tlpdb.sha512 is correct
BUT
- texlive.tlpdb.sha512.asc is wrong on that server. I can only guess
  that the mirror wasn't properly updated.

Thanks for reporting this!

@CTAN: I have seen similar comments about huaweicloud already two times
here, I think we should drop this mirror from all lists, if possible.
