Texlive2019: Installation problem

Hi Norbert,
In the mean time I make some tests, copying the temporary directory created by the script, to save it from the deletion when the installation script fail.
The directory contains 2 files:
texlive.infra.tar (0 byte) 
texlive.infra.tar.xz (218848 byte)

the xz file inside is good and another tool (i.e. 7-zip) can open and unpack it generating a 1003520 byte tarball.
Next the tarball shall be opened and unpack without problem by 7-zip.

Could be a problem with the xz tool used to unpack the compressed file?

this is very strange, and my only theory is that you have a anti-virus software running that interferes by checking the files and either locking or altering them.

No idea what else it could be.

And using the GUI or the text mode ends up in absolutely the same installation code, so no need to switch.

It seems that the 
	unxz
step succeeded, that would indicate that the file is in good order.
So not being able to untar is, as said, surprising!
