Texlive2019: Installation problem

Hi Giuliano,

this is very strange, and my only theory is that you have a anti-virus
software running that interferes by checking the files and either
locking or altering them.

No idea what else it could be.

And using the GUI or the text mode ends up in absolutely the same
installation code, so no need to switch.

It seems that the 
	unxz
step succeeded, that would indicate that the file is in good order.
So not being able to untar is, as said, surprising!
