[tex-live] BAD signature from "TeX Live Distribution <tex-live at tug.org>"

To whom it may concern:
Recently I started receiving errors when attempting to update my TeX Live
distribution. It appears there is a problem with the PGP key used for
repository signatures and verification. Could you please let me know if
there is an updated key or a way to resolve this issue? A typical error
message is included below. Thank you in advance for your assistance.
