[tex-live] GV ICC profile error on recent TL2018

Folks,

I have recently reinstalled TL2018 on Windows 7 with the medium scheme 
and can no longer include EPS files with

as soon as I remove it, my documented is compiled. The error is:

A couple of days ago it was perfectly working. As well an uptodate 
TL2018 on FreeBSD 10.4-STABLE is working.

How can I fix this? I am at lost.

The icc files are there, gray, rgb, etc.
