[tex-live] TL2018: xetex on FreeBSD depends on libfreetype.so.9 which is missing

Hi

I am not using any BSD, so all might be wrong, but looking at your ldd
output I see two freetype:

>         libfreetype.so.9 => not found (0)
>         libfreetype.so.6 => /usr/local/lib/libfreetype.so.6 (0x8026f1000)

Checking the binaries with readelf (fortunately the binaries can be read
on Linux) I get:

$ readelf bin/amd64-freebsd/xetex
 0x0000000000000001 (NEEDED)             Shared library: [libfontconfig.so.1]
 0x0000000000000001 (NEEDED)             Shared library: [libfreetype.so.9]
 0x0000000000000001 (NEEDED)             Shared library: [libm.so.5]
 0x0000000000000001 (NEEDED)             Shared library: [libc.so.7]
...

Which indeed is strange/bad.

Nikola, which kind of system did you build these binaries on?
