[tex-live] WARNING for tlcritical users

Hi all,

those of you who are using tlcritical, today's rebuild has a bad bug in 
TLUtils.pm, which will prevent *ANY* further update whatsoever.

Either hold of updating texlive.infra till tomorrow (if you want to
update other packages use can use update --force), or if you already
have installed this, please for now delete the following two lines in
texlive/2018/tlpkg/TeXLive/TLUtils.pm, lines 4329 and 4330:
  die "internal error, repository_to_array passed nothing (caller="
      . caller . ")";
