[tex-live] error with asymptote

Hi,

I've just installed TeXLive 2017 on Windows 10.

When I do

asy -version

I get

C:\texlive\2017\bin\win32\runs

cript.tlu:708: command failed with exit code -1073741511:
asy -version

Did I do something wrong or is it something else?
