[tex-live] hyph-ru.tex is faulty.

It was a quite large update as I was on holiday. The tlmgr log
doesn't show directly an hyph-related package: but babel-russian has
been updated and a number of collections.

The curious thing is that I did an update today on another computer
and had no problems. I really don't know why my hyph-ru.tex is
suddenly wrong ;-).

I thought so. I changed the line and now the xelatex format could be
created.
