[tex-live] hyph-ru.tex is faulty.

After todays update the creation of the xelatex format fails with
the error


(c:/texlive/2016/texmf-dist/tex/generic/hyph-utf8/patterns/tex/hyph-ru.tex

lualatex works, but running a document which loads russian fails
with the same error.

Comparing hyph-ru.tex with the version of miktex which still works
shows a difference in line 7046:

Miktex:

}
