Hello,
The installation of uppunctlm package in texlive seems wrong:
currently all files are installed under doc/fonts/uppunctlm, but
tex/* and {tfm,vf}/* should be under tex/latex/uppunctlm and
fonts/{tfm,vf}/public/uppunctlm respectively.
