[tex-live] Confirmation of three questions about pretest transition

Dear list,

I would like to confirm three things:

1. On 8 June (as listed on the website), when I do a normal tex live
install, it will install TL 2016.
2. On 8 June CTAN updates will be reenabled
3. If I have a 2016 pretest, when I do tlmgr update, I will have the
same TeX installation as if I had installed TL 2016 after 8 June.

Did I have correct understanding?
