[tex-live] TeX Live 2016 binaries for OpenIndiana 11

Thanks to a question earlier today on this list, I'm pleased to
announce the availability of both 32-bit and 64-bit binaries for
OpenIndiana 11 (aka OpenSolaris) on x86 and x86-64 systems, with the
necessary support of libraries from the OpenCSW distribution channel.

The binaries now include asympotote and xindy, thanks to the clisp
package from OpenCSW.

All is not entirely rosy, however.  I've yet to succeed in building
TeX Live 2016 on Hipster, the rolling-update version of OpenSolaris.
Fortunately, the two OpenIndiana builds appear to work correctly on
Hipster, and I'm using that approach for Hipster until native builds
succeed.
