[tex-live] 64 bits version of TeX Live on Windows

Well, I am now in that position (at least, in the position as I should have stated it) :

but I cannot, since "texk/xetex" was not created.  No errors were reported (as far as I could see) during the "Configure" and "Make" phases.

What staggers me is not that it did not work (that would have been far too much to hope for !) but the sheer number of things that it /did/ build that seemingly have nothing to do with XeTeX at all -- all if these directories have been created under "work/texk" :
