By the way, small (a bit out of main topic) question about TeX binaries: is
XeTeX maintained at sourceforge.net/p/xetex or in TexLive? When debugging issue
#90 for XeTeX (in TL Master branch) I found that TL's xetex.web and xetex.ch are
slightly differ than the same files from SF's master.
