Which is not true anymore, since quite long time.

Thanks for the pointer, I have removed this statement from the
documents.

Please use
	tlmgr option autobackup -- -1

> Are the docs broken?  Is tlmgr broken?  Both?  Please make clear what the proper way to set autobackups to "infinitely many" is.  If only "tlmgr option autobackup -- -1" is going to be accepted from now on, please remove the "infty" part of the docs.

It is not from now on, it has been like this for long time, probably
since 2013 release if not longer.
