[tex-live] Distributing a package with a perl script

Include it, please.

If it is self-relocating and can be installed anywhere like all the
other scripts in TL, then that would be perfect.

We normally have for Unix a link from the bin dir into
	texmf-dist/scripts/..../foo.pl
and on WIndows the universal wrapper.

If you want you can send me the script and I test it before, but normally
it should be no problem.
