[tex-live] Bug in Windows Installer of install-tl-20131219

 Hi TeXlive community,

I just downloaded the latest as of today TeXlive distribution with Windows Installer and there seems to be a bug in the install-tl.bat script. 

After execution the script is unable to find the executable "perl". Changing "perl" to "perl.exe"  in line 53 resolves the issue (as the perl executable in tlpkg\tlperl\bin is called perl.exe and not perl).
