[tex-live] Impossible to the make TL GUI window short: very annoying!

But you didn't answer whether it was TL2011 or TL2010.

Anyway, I tried it and I can resize even with the installer.
I don't know what is the problem again on Windows, if I find time I will
check myself on W7, too.
