[tex-live] Windows installer of Tex Live 2012 pretest points still to Tex Live 2011 repository?

The main problem is that there is still the formerly generated
TEXMFCONFIG/web2c/updmap.cfg that lists *ALL* maps that were formerly
installed. Now if you remove one, this file wil NOT be rewritten
anymore, so the system will break.

Hmm, I wrote that once and it was there once, but it seems that
it has been removed. I don't know, I once wrote an upgrade
procedure.
